We understand how important pets are to your family, which is why many of our properties are pet-friendly. We welcome a variety of pets, including most breeds of cats and dogs, as well as smaller companions like fish and hermit crabs.
Typically, up to two pets are allowed per property, though some homes may permit more—or have a strict no-pet policy. It’s important to list all pets on your application so we can ensure compliance with each property’s rules.
A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per furry friend is generally required, although some properties may waive this fee. Please note that all pets must be approved and included in your lease agreement; unauthorized pets are not permitted.
The safety and well-being of the property, neighbors and tenants is our highest priority. For this reason, certain dog breeds are restricted and not permitted on our properties. These include:
We ask all tenants to honor our restricted breed policy, as it is designed to help maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone in the community.
We welcome service animals, recognizing the vital assistance they provide to those who need them. There are no fees charged for service animals. However, tenants are required to provide documentation verifying the animal’s status as a service animal. This helps us confirm that the animal is properly trained and certified to support its owner.
